This Shipping Policy outlines how Lumigow ("Lumigow ", "Company", "we", "us", "our") processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through support.lumigow@gmail.com (the "Site"). This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them.
By placing an order through the Site, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Shipping Policy by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Section 1 - Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 0 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM local warehouse time typically ship the same business day.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in the dispatching warehouse country.
- During periods of high demand, product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Section 2 - Free Worldwide Shipping
Lumigow offers free shipping worldwide on all orders, regardless of order value or destination. Shipping costs are covered in full by Lumigow and will not be charged at checkout.
This free shipping offer applies to standard delivery only. Expedited or express shipping options, where available, may incur additional charges that will be disclosed at checkout.
Section 3 - Global Fulfillment Centres
Lumigow operates fulfillment centres across the USA, UK, EU, and Asia. Orders are dispatched from the fulfillment centre closest to your delivery address in order to reduce transit times and improve reliability.
Inventory levels at each fulfillment centre may vary. If your nearest fulfillment centre is temporarily out of stock for a particular product, your order will be dispatched from the next closest available warehouse, which may extend delivery times.
Section 4 - Estimated Delivery Times
From our nearest fulfillment centre to your delivery address, estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Where an order is dispatched from a fulfillment centre other than the one closest to your delivery address, delivery may take an additional 2 to 5 business days.
Section 5 - Shipping Notifications and Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch. This reflects the carrier updating their database and does not indicate a delay in your shipment.
- If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support.lumigow@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
- It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking and contact the carrier if a parcel is showing as delayed, on hold, or requiring action from the recipient.
Section 6 - Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders shipped outside the country of the dispatching warehouse, your government may charge import duties, customs fees, GST, VAT, or other taxes upon arrival of your parcel.
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Any customs, duty, or import tax charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the relevant authority or carrier.
- You are considered the importer of record and are responsible for compliance with all customs and import requirements in your country.
- If you refuse to pay customs charges and your parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and any refund issued will exclude original shipping costs and a restocking fee where applicable.
- Most parcels clear customs without issue. Where charges do apply, they vary by country and are outside of our control.
Section 7 - Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including:
- Recipient's full name.
- Complete street address, including apartment, unit, or suite number.
- City, state or province, postal code, and country.
- A working phone number and email address.
Lumigow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support.lumigow@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will use reasonable efforts to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.
Section 8 - Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Modifications and cancellations can only be accommodated if requested before your order enters processing.
- To request a change or cancellation, contact us at support.lumigow@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow our Refund Policy if you no longer want the product after it arrives.
Section 9 - Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control
While we work to meet the estimated delivery timeframes set out in this Shipping Policy, delays can occur. Lumigow is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays, lost shipments, or carrier operational issues.
- Customs inspections, random border checks, or import processing delays.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Failed delivery attempts where the recipient is unavailable.
- Natural disasters, severe weather, fires, or floods.
- Strikes, labour disputes, or transport disruptions.
- Public health emergencies or government-imposed restrictions.
- Peak shipping seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major holidays.
- Civil unrest, war, or acts of terrorism.
In the event of a significant delay, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Section 10 - Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at support.lumigow@gmail.com within 14 days of the last tracking update. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Investigations typically take 5 to 10 business days.
Stolen Packages
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your parcel was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with your local police and your carrier. We are happy to provide any documentation that may assist with your claim. Lumigow is not responsible for replacing parcels stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assess each case individually and may offer a goodwill replacement at our discretion.
Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or the product inside is damaged, please contact us at support.lumigow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged packaging.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product.
We will assess the damage and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Section 11 - Missing Items
If you receive your parcel and items are missing, please contact us at support.lumigow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing items.
It is possible that your order has been split across multiple parcels and is arriving in separate deliveries. Please check your shipping confirmation emails to see if additional tracking numbers were issued. If we determine that an error occurred in fulfilling your order, we will ship the missing items at no additional cost.
Section 12 - Undeliverable and Returned Parcels
Parcels may be returned to our fulfillment centre for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.
- Recipient unavailable for delivery after multiple attempts.
- The recipient refused to pay customs duties or import taxes.
- The recipient refused delivery.
- Carrier unable to deliver due to other recipient-related issues.
If your parcel is returned to us for any of the reasons above, we will contact you to arrange one of the following:
- Reship to a corrected or alternative address, with the customer responsible for the reshipment cost.
- Refund of the product cost. Original shipping costs and a restocking fee may be deducted.
Section 13 - International Shipping Restrictions
While we ship worldwide, certain countries, regions, or addresses may be excluded from our shipping coverage due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or sanctions. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that our products are legal for import and use in your country before placing an order. We are not responsible for products seized by customs or made illegal to possess in your jurisdiction.
Section 14 - P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO Addresses
We can ship to most P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and military addresses. Delivery times to these addresses may be longer than the standard estimates set out in Section 4. If your parcel cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box due to carrier or size restrictions, we will contact you for an alternative address.
Section 15 - Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass from Lumigow to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it safely. Lumigow remains committed to helping resolve any issues that arise during transit.
Section 16 - Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of this Shipping Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to this Shipping Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
